Local Delivery Policy

Delivery Estimates

Please allow 1 working days for order processing. All orders will be delivered within 2-3 working days (Monday to Friday) via courier. Orders made after 12pm (Monday – Friday) will be processed on the next working day.

Orders made on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday will only be processed next working day.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

For now, we do not provide delivery services to restricted address such as Jurong Island or Sentosa.

Shipping Rates 

The minimum order for free delivery is $69. There will be a delivery charge of $10 for orders below that below the amount.

Signature Upon Delivery

Upon delivery, you may be required to sign for delivery. This is to verify that the goods were delivered and received correctly. 

Disclaimer

All delivery charges are subject to change. Al Nusra is not responsible for delays applied to your order due to an incomplete or incorrect address. You will incur an additional delivery payment for re-delivery of returned orders. Please ensure that your delivery address is current to avoid any delays.

Delivery Confirmation

You will receive a Delivery Confirmation Email once your order has been delivered.

Damages

If your items are damaged upon delivery, kindly indicate during the sign off upon delivery. You may also email us at enquiry@alnusra.com.sg.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before return.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside Singapore.
