Return
A return is based on a case-by-case basis, may be accepted given a valid reason only, and subject to item availability. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must be in the original packaging. • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to reject the return request where the request does not meet our requirements for exchange, or any other reason where we see fit not to at our discretion. In the event the product is not faulty, we may at our discretion decide not to refund nor exchange the product.
Please note that after this duration has expired, we will not accept any return of the item, and any items that were returned to us for exchange but turns out ineligible for exchange will be returned to you.
Refund
Please note that no refunds will be provided unless a product received is faulty and the product is not available for exchange. If the item you ordered online is no longer available, we would call you and recommend an alternative item or we will arrange for a refund for your order.
